WW1 soldiers who had enlisted by September 1914

The listing in that part of the Evesham Journal and Four Shires Advertiser newspaper's Roll of Honour which was published on Saturday, September 26th, 1914 shows the names below under Cherington and Stourton.

The regiments shown are those assigned when the men enlisted. Very often, they were transferred to other regiments before they arrived at the front, for example, Fred and Harry Bailey, Frank Gillett and Jack Thornett all served in the Hampshire Regiment.
